UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19
BMC Property Group is closely monitoring the local and national developments related to COVID-19 and we are taking proactive steps to do our part to help prevent the spread of the virus. All corporate and leasing offices are closed, and our employees are working remotely until further notice. We are following best practices for cleaning services at our properties and are providing all maintenance staff with protective masks and gloves. We have suspended all non-essential and non-emergency services in order to reduce exposure for our staff, contractors, tenants, and patrons. For the time being, we ask that you please make all payments online (view user guide). To register you will need your unique account number, if you do not have this please contact or 301-767-2800 x700.

If you have a noise complaint, we encourage you to contact your neighbor directly. Many times the offending party does not realize how sound travels between apartments.
If talking with your neighbor doesn’t solve the problem, you may submit a verbal or written complaint to the Rental Office. Please include your name and apartment number in your complaint.
Arlington County noise ordinances are enforced by the Arlington Police. If a disturbing level of noise is observed outside of office hours, please call the police nonemergency number, 703-558-2222, and let us know the next business day.
