UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19
BMC Property Group is closely monitoring the local and national developments related to COVID-19 and we are taking proactive steps to do our part to help prevent the spread of the virus. All corporate and leasing offices are closed, and our employees are working remotely until further notice. We are following best practices for cleaning services at our properties and are providing all maintenance staff with protective masks and gloves. We have suspended all non-essential and non-emergency services in order to reduce exposure for our staff, contractors, tenants, and patrons. Only maintenance requests regarding life safety issues will be completed at this time.
We ask that all of our tenants practice social distancing (6 feet or more) as advised by the CDC. Please alert your property manager if you, or someone you have come in contact with may have contracted the virus. We have linked to health and governmental resources below.
(301-767-2800) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please note, tenants will be unable to deliver rent payments to our corporate suite as the office building has been locked down to outside visitors.
If you wish to speak with someone regarding your account, please send a detailed message to and the appropriate party will contact you as soon as possible.

If you have a noise complaint, we encourage you to contact your neighbor directly. Many times the offending party does not realize how sound travels between apartments.
If talking with your neighbor doesn’t solve the problem, you may submit a verbal or written complaint to the Rental Office. Please include your name and apartment number in your complaint.
Arlington County noise ordinances are enforced by the Arlington Police. If a disturbing level of noise is observed outside of office hours, please call the police nonemergency number, 703-558-2222, and let us know the next business day.
MOVE OUT PROCEDURES
All vacating notices must be received in the office by the first day of the month for the end of that month (i.e., on or before January 1 for January 31).
All notices must be written and submitted to Rental Office or included with your previous month’s rent payment. Please include your name, address, and date of move-out. Each leaseholder must sign the move-out or be cc’d on the move-out email.
Before your move-out date you will receive a packet, also available on this website, with information concerning procedures for vacating your unit; if you have any questions, please contact the Rental Office.
Tenants may apply for a transfer after completing their first year’s lease.
